Making custom handmade items to order. Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order.

Payment: 

Maria Soloman Art accepts PayPal and credit card as forms of payment.

Lead Time:

Because each piece is made to order, the time is not specific and can range from 3-9 days depending on size and design complexity. You will be notified before payment if your order will take longer than 9 days. 

Shipping:

Confirm your shipping orders: 

During checkout, be sure to confirm that the shipping address you entered is correct. All orders will be shipped to the address you entered at checkout and cannot be changed. I will not be responsible for lost orders resulting from incorrect or outdated addresses.

- Cargurs: 1-3 Business days 

Returns and Exchanges:

I gladly accept returns and cancellations:

- Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

- Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

- Request a cancelation within: 2 hours of purchase

The following items can not be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defected, I can not accept returns for:

- Custom or Personalized orders

- Digital downloads

- Items on sale

Details:

     If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I will be happy to work out a solution for you!

     Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Once I receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping cost are non-refundable).

     Personalized and custom orders are non-refundable after order confirmation. Upon final approval of your personalized order I cannot accept returns due to any and all errors (such as misspelled words etc). By approving the final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown.

     Returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued based on color. Please note, because all computers monitors are calibrated differently, color may vary slightly from screen to the original product.
